Not a substitute for emergency care

EchoSoul connects you with counsellors and coaches for scheduled sessions. It is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or others, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian's involvement, to book a session.

Bookings and payments

Sessions are confirmed once payment is completed. Prices and durations are shown before you pay. Refunds are issued at our discretion through the original payment method - contact us if something's gone wrong with a booking.

Instructor applications

Anyone may apply to become an instructor; approval is at our discretion. Approved instructors are responsible for the professional and ethical conduct of the sessions they provide.

Acceptable use

Don't use the platform to harass, threaten, or share illegal content, or to try to book sessions without paying for them.

Liability

EchoSoul facilitates bookings between clients and independent instructors. We are not liable for the advice or conduct of individual instructors beyond our reasonable efforts to vet applications.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
